StitchGaze processes all payments through Level 1 PCI DSS certified gateway which protects all cardholder data to ensure peace of mind for you, our customers. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or bank draft.
Shipping
Production & Fulfillment Time: Most in-stock personalized items will be processed and ready for shipping within 1-3 business days. Please take this into account in addition to projected shipping times.
Processing times may vary around holidays, so it is always best to order your gift items in advance, as delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If for any reason the item you ordered is out of stock or otherwise delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.
Packages shipping directly from our storefront will be fully insured with delivery confirmation through USPS, Fedex or UPS. Once a shipping label has been created for your package, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the package to be scanned into the shipping system for tracking. Thank you!
